How to Pay for Horse Camp
Tuition must be paid in full before arrival at camp.
Options for payment:
We have two scholarship options available:
- Partial Scholarship: This scholarship covers $400 of the registration fee. With this scholarship, we only require you to pay the $100 deposit.
- Full Scholarship: This scholarship covers the $500 which is the entire registration fee including the deposit.

Is Your Child In Need of a Scholarship?
After registering for camp, families who need financial assistance are encouraged to complete the Scholarship Application. One application is used for all available scholarships; within the application, you will select the option that best fits your financial needs.
We have two scholarship options available:

Note: All scholarship applications are proofed by our Scholarship Committee and granted based on need. After your scholarship has been approved by our committee, you will receive an email notifying you that your child has been granted a scholarship.

Team Request
The link below can be used to request to be on the same team with a fellow horse camper. Campers are bunked in the same cabin with both teams, but activities will typically be split by team (Purple Palominos or Magenta Mustangs). The request may not be possible, but we will do our best to accommodate requests on a first come, first served basis.
All requests must be submitted using this form and before June 15th!
