What we have been working on in 2012:
- We have renovated Branch and King Cabins! New carpet,
new paint, and new beds and furniture.
- We are installing a blob!
- We are building more ladders for bunk beds!
- We are working on a new mud obstacle course!

What we've been

- We purchased
100 new mattresses and 200 new mattress covers!
- We installed
many new ladders for the bunk beds!
- New trees have
been planted all around camp!
- We air conditioned
the front part of Cabin B9!
- We improved
the hill for the slip and slide!
- We installed
an AED in Mobley Hall!

marks the 75th Anniversary of the Camp! Stay tuned for some

The
Hayes-Outz Widlife Education Center is complete! The 30'x40'
facility located at the Catfish Pond has a classroom, bathrooms,
covered pavilion area, and handicap accessible fishing dock.

Melvin Johnson Cabin
opened in May 2009, and the Tommy Irvin / Georgia Development
Authority Cabin opened in May 2010

Georgia
FCCLA provided funds to replace the stage curtain in Mobley,
paint Mobley Auditorium, purchase stage lights, and replace
the chairs in the Newton County Conference Room! We also
mounted projectors on the ceiling.

The
camp is getting connected! We have Facebook pages for Summer
Leadership Camp, FFA Wildlife Camp, and FFA Horse Camp. We
