FFA-FCCLA Summer Leadership Camp is an exciting week-long event for FFA and FCCLA members from all over Georgia. Summer Camp provides a fun and exciting environment for students to learn teamwork and develop leadership.

Leadership and Teamwork
Students learn and utilize team concepts such as trust and communication through the use of team initiatives, low ropes elements, and other activities!

Assemblies
Assemblies include talent shows, staff skits, and lots of fun. Teams compete in evening challenges that are always messy and wild! After the assemblies, there is a dance each night of camp. There is always a special event during camp. The event is different each year, but might include a hypnotist performance, pool party, or extreme games.

Competitions
Throughout the week, teams earn points by competing in various events. At the end of the week, the team with the most points earns the title "Team of the Week." Competitions may included softball, volleyball, swim meet, 4x100 relay, tennis, miniature golf, ping pong, basketball, crafts, canoe race, fishing tournament, skeet shooting, archery, and .22 rifle shooting, and more.

Free Time
During free time, campers can enjoy activities such as horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, paddleboating, craft shop, miniature golf, ping pong, or just relaxing in the shade.

Adventure
A major part of coming to SLC is to experience new things. The Mega Slide provides a great rush while cooling off campers on hot summer days. The High Ropes Course includes a 40 ft climbing wall and a zip line!

Obstacle Course
On the last night of camp, students compete in the obstacle course. The obstacle course is challenging, wet, and muddy! The annual highlight of the course is the slippery pipe traverse over a mud pit!

SLC is a great opportunity for teachers to bring their students to an exciting event that will have them talking for years!
